The discussions helped to understand the participants strengths and weaknesses and skill sets required for taking up assignments in Logistics. Though few had some understanding about the Supply chain & Logistics, to enter into the field requires more deeper understanding & knowledge.

Watching them keen to work hard, engage in thought-provoking discussions, and develop their skills has been a truly enriching experience for me. Each of them brings a unique perspective to the table, which has made our interactions even more engaging and insightful Seeing them grow both professionally and personally will be a great source of satisfaction for me.
