The candidate will be a Chartered Accountant, with a minimum of 10 years experience with the last 4 yrars at a senior level .The job involes in Financial Planning, budget monitoring and review ,Tax planning as its core competency areas.Industry experience is a must .The position is for the corporate office.
2) Manager IT and Networking (Code:MITN)
5-8 years experience
The candidate will be responsible for overall networking ,setting up the systems of the institute ,IT and software updating .The position is for the corporate office. An experience of 5-8 years will fit the bill.
3) Coordinator Distance Education (for P.G. Diploma courses) (Code:CDEPG)
3-5 years experience
MIT School of Distance Education (MITSDE) runs specialized P.G. Diploma Courses in various Engineering ,Management and Medical Faculties.The candidate must be a Graduate / Post Graduate and have excellent coordination and communication skills, be proactive and target oriented.Prior experience (3-5 years ) in a similar capacity will be an advantage.
4) Coordinator Distance Education (for CET program) (Code: CDECET)
3-5 years experience
MITSDE started the Career Launcher Program (CLP) keeping in mind the absence of a quality mentor in the fild of competitive examinations guidance .A part of our CLP is the XII_MH CET training course. Candidates applying for this post must be a Graduate / Post Graduate in any faculty and have excellent coordination and communication skills, be proactive and target oriented.Prior experience (3-5 years )in a similar capacity will be an advantage.
5) Head - Content Editing (Code: HCE)
4-6 years experience
The candidate must have excellent writing skills, preferably published work to his or her credit. Ideally a Post Graduate in English Literature, He/ She must be familiar with editing technical subject matter and be able to guide and lead a team of content editors. 4-6 years in a similar capacity will meet the requirement .
6) Head-Print and Publishing (Code: HPP)
4-5 years experience
The candidate must have the relevant qualifications in DTP and should have preferably worked with a publishing house. Must be familiar with the final printing process.4-5 years in a similar capacity will meet the requrement.
7) Marketing Managers (20 positions) (Code: MM)
3-4 years experience
The requirement is for across India at various centers of MIT School of Distance Education. The job involves marketing of Distance Education courses for the center/territory.
8) Head- Marketing (Code: HM)
5-7 years experience
Job involves marketing P.G. Diploma courses of MIT School of Distance Education and co-coordinating with the Marketing Team.
9)Head Administration (code HA)
5-8 years experience
The candidate will look after the general administration and day-to-day discipline of the Institute. A minimum experience of 5-8 year would be required. Similar experience in a service/ educational institute will be an advantage.
10)Head Examination (code HE)
3-5 years experience
The job involves enrolment of on-line examinations, administration of the same, issuing results and certificates to the students. Prior experience of 3-5 years in the education/service sector will be appreciated.
11) Manager Infrastructure (2 positions)(code MI)
3-5 years experience
The candidate must be B.E / Diploma in civil engineering. The job involves Planning, supervising and improvising of the construction programs at MIT. Candidates with 3-5 years of similar experience with construction houses will be preferred.
12) Public Relation Officer (code PRO)
3-5 years experience
The candidate will address the communication need of the organization. A Post Graduate Diploma in PR or Mass Communication is necessary. Good communication skills and excellent writing skills are a pre-requisite. Minimum experience of 3-5 years is necessary.
13) Academic Counselors (code AC)

The candidate will interact with the prospective students and understand their requirements. Good communication skills and convincing ability are a pre-requisite for this job. Experience of 3-5 years is necessary.

16) Call Center Operators (6 positions)(Code: CCO)
1-2 years experience
The candidate must not be less than a graduate. He/she will be responsible for both in-bound and out-bound calls. Prior experience of 1-2 years in a call center is a must.
17)Subject Matter Experts (Code :SE)
3 years experience
As part of our Career Launcher Program we have a training course for XII-MH CET. We need subject matter experts to develop and constantly upgrade course material in the faculty of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics. Candidates applying for this post must necessarily be a Post Graduate in their area of specialization and have a prior experience of minimum 3 years as subject matter experts. Retired school teachers/ lecturers are encouraged to apply.
18) Coordinator- Insurance Training (Code: CIT)
Short training courses spread over 3-5 days are regularly organized for LIC and other private companies. The candidate will be responsible for Marketing and Coordination activities of such programs. A graduate with prior experience or an M.B.A. will fit the bill.
19) Energy Auditors (BEE Certified) (Code: EA)
3-4 years experience
The candidate must B.E. Electrical / Mechanical with BEE certification. He/She must have the necessary experience in Energy conservation and energy audits. The candidate would be handling various types of clients in the textile, pharmaceutical, food and Petro-chemical industry for energy audits. A minimum experience of 3-4 years is required.
20)Manager-
Corporate Marketing
(Code: CM)
MIT School of distance education has virtual classroom for courses such as Energy Management, Fire Engineering and Industrial Safety, Piping Design and Engineering. These courses are extremely suitable for middle level management. The virtual classrooms are held every week for 3 hours. MIT has a tie up with Hughes Communication to run virtual classrooms. The candidate will be responsible for corporate selling of these programs which are made to cater to the skill up gradation of the Middle level management in an industrial and a corporate environment..
21) Manager HR (code: MHR)
3 years experience
The candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing the HR policies of the organization. An M.B.A. in HR with a minimum 3 years of experience is a must.
22)
Manager Logistics (Code: ML)
3 years experience
The candidate will be responsible for looking into the logistics, identifying storage and distribution of course material/Books to the registered participants of distance education programs, bookstores etc. of the organization. The number is in thousands and hence an eye for detail and a prior experience of minimum 3 years is required.
