| The MITSDE´s Business Associate is one who perfectly complements and assists the institute in its endeavour to serve the requirements of the industry, devising academic solutions for working professionals. The Business Associate will be involved in generating admissions for our online courses for working professionals, freshers and even 12th Std. students. The hallmark of the Business Associate lies in his/ her ability to tap the vast potential that such an opportunity provides. The distinguishing features of a Business Associate will include strong business acumen supported by an entrepreneurial nature and a desire to be a change driver in a modern business environment. |

MIT Pune's MIT School of Distance Education (MITSDE, Recognized by Distance Education Council Govt. of India) is one of the fastest growing institutes, offering unique online PGD Courses in Management. To maintain this growth, we are looking for ambitious and dynamic individuals/ institutions/ companies with entrepreneurial skills at all major locations. The selected RBA is expected to consider this as a fundamental business activity, as we expect the RBA to invest considerable time/ money to promote our online distance education courses.
After short-listing the profile/C.V, a business meeting will be scheduled to finalize the candidature as RBA. |
| WHAT IS DESIRABLE? |
| Some experience in any industry, good communication skills, ability to understand the business requirements and willingness to contribute time for generating admissions for the online distance education courses. |

Generate enquiries through social/ corporate contacts Generating admissions.

| THE SUPPORT WE PROVIDE |
After selection, you enter into a agreement with us by signing the general Memorandum of Understanding. We hold an Induction programme for all our Business Associates by teleconference/ web conference/ in person.
You will then be given a Promotional Material Package (which includes brochures, other promo, material, etc) needed to perform the above listed services. Our Support Managers shall also provide support to RBA™s sales force/ counsellors/ yourself and assist him/ her/ them in generating admissions from time to time. We shall also provide other sales promotion support services like advt., etc. and, if required, make presentations to corporates in your area. We will equip you with the know-how of the course conduction pattern. |

In case your application is short-listed, we will send you the complete details of the said proposal on your mail id.Finally we shall call/ invite you for a personal discussion and after mutual consent we shall sign the MOU. The period of our association with RBA would be for three years which can be renewed after a performance review. |
